What’s the difference between cabinet refacing and replacing?

Cabinet refacing means keeping your existing cabinet boxes but replacing the doors, drawer fronts, and hardware, giving your kitchen a brand-new look without the cost of a full remodel. Cabinet replacement involves designing and building all-new custom cabinets from scratch, allowing for layout changes and total design freedom.
